The Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) is undertaking a strategic research initiative to ensure we remain closely aligned with the needs of microbiologists and can best support the field across Europe in the years ahead. 

To guide this work, we are conducting a survey of those who have engaged with FEMS over the years, and we invite you to participate in a brief survey to share your perspective. 

By participating, you will help identify key challenges facing microbiologists, guide how FEMS can best support the microbiology community, and ensure your voice is heard at the European level.
